Let's bring some Spanish sunshine to London!
Join Monika Linton, founder of Spanish food company and restaurant chain Brindisa, and Zita Steyn, nutritional chef and founder of West 16th, for an interactive and informative evening about the wonderfully versatile food group, pulses.
You will learn more about heirloom bean varieties, where and how they are grown, and how best to cook with them for optimal taste and nutrition. After the hands-on cookery lesson, where Zita and Monika will share lots of tips and tricks on how to prepare beans and pulses from dry, you will enjoy a delicious communal dinner, feasting on your creations, and complemented with some seasonal dishes from the kitchen. You will leave with a full belly, a Brindisa goodie bag and a newly found (or perhaps rekindled!) enthusiasm for the humble bean.
