Contemporary Table Tops is a fun and relaxed still-life course designed for beginners and those looking to loosen up their creative approach. We’ll explore everyday table-top objects—ceramics, glassware, food, and plants—while learning how to bring them to life with simple drawing techniques. Through playful exercises, we’ll cover proportion, perspective, and how to create depth and form using charcoal,  pastels, and inks.

You’ll also experiment with monoprinting to add exciting textures and layers to your work. Each week builds confidence in observation and mark-making, leading to a final mixed-media piece that reflects your unique style. No pressure, just creativity and exploration!
