We are super excited to be hosting one of South Africa’s finest wine producers, Springfield Estate, for a wine tasting on the 29th of February. Come join us in the Studio at West 16th to learn more about this family run winery set in the heart of the Robertson Valley, where exceptional low intervention wines have been created since 1688.

The Springfield philosophy is to produce wine as naturally as possible. The winemaking process is kept direct and uncomplicated – the wine is left to make itself, as was done centuries ago. This allows for an honest expression of the estate’s terroir – a gift from God, inherited by their ancestors.
