Sound Bath and Soup

  • West 16th 137 Half Moon Lane London, England, SE24 9JY United Kingdom (map)

Come unwind and reset your nervous system with some pranayama (breathing exercises) and a Sound Bath (no mats - this sound bath is seated) followed by a delicious and nutritious Ayurvedic soup to further aid in the detoxification.

Sound Baths are very efficient at regulating the nervous system, helping it to shift from the sympathetic state (your body’s fight or flight/‘to do list/ on your way o burn out mode) to the parasympathetic state (in which you rest and digest, dream, access your memory and get your creativity to flow.) The powerful sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls help the brain switch from Beta (normal waking consciousness) to Theta brainwaves (the state just before falling asleep), which supports calm and regeneration, leaving you serene and blissful…

Malou is a Yoga teacher and certified Sound Therapist, working with authentic Tibetan singing bowls attuned to different chakras, tingsha bells and slit drums.
