Join us for a beautiful heart-centred session with some seated pranayama (yogic breathing exercises), ceremonial cacao and Sound Bath.
Ceremonial grade cacao is a powerful plant medicine helping to connect deeper with oneself.
Spiritual and emotional effects are said to be:
